Architectural Adventures - Environmentally Designed

KASA studio of architecture was created by the architect Kalliroe Hadjicharalambous, with its main objective to design affordable and functional houses. Functionality durability, affordability are our fundamental principles. At the same time, KASA studio takes pride in its focus on environmental design. Relying on fundamental principles of environmental design such as selecting the appropriate orientation, we create buildings which are not only affordable to build, but also economical in terms of heating/cooling systems' requirements, electricity costs, etc, throughout the year.

Architecture for us is an adventure and a challenge and each project a new journey.

Founder Architect - Kalliroi Hadjicharalambous

Kalliroi Hadjicharalambous is the founder Architect of Kasa Studio of Architecture, a contemporary architectural firm in Paphos/ Cyprus, since 2020. She holds a degree of Master of Science in Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens  - NTUA (2002- 2009) and of Master in Enviromental  Design from the Greek Open University. 

From 2009 to 2010 she worked at Loukaides and Philippou Architects in Paphos,  and from 2010 to 2012 at Tziolis Architects also in Paphos. 

From 2012 to 2020 she was worked in Technical University of Cyprus as an architect in the Estate Management services, there she was the architect in many projects such as 

• New Common Classrooms, Amphitheatres and Offices for the Administrative Services, new building and renovation of listed building 

• Renovation of Municipal Library of Limassol

• Offices for the Administrative Services, renovation of "Former Laiki Building" on Anexartisias and Athinon street.

• Student Residence, in Plateia Irroon, renovation of old Hotel

Since 2020 she works at KASA studio of architecture.
